How Adani Bought NDTV? Gautam Adani's Company buy NDTV and has offered to Buy another 26% at a discounted price of Rs 294 per share. Lets see the events involved: NDTV was mainly owned  Prannoy roy(15.94%) and Radhika Roy(16%). And RRPR Holding Pvt. Ltd(29.18%) which was in turn owned by Radhika and Prannoy Roy. RRPR Holding Pvt. Ltd. took a loan from Vishwapradhan Commercial Pvt Ltd for Rs 403.85 against the right to acquire 99.5% of its shares. Notably Vishwapradhan took a loan of Rs 403.85 from Mukesh Ambani-led company during the same time. Vishwapradhan Commercial Ltd. Sold to Adani Media Networks Ltd. Vishwapradhan Commercial Ltd. exercised its right to acquire 99.50 percent Control of RRPR. Hence Now Adani Media Pvt. Ltd.
